Benefits

Key Benefits

A named IT lead

Your own point of contact, responsible for the whole picture and its development.

Why outsource IT services?

Outsourcing your IT services frees up resources so you can focus on your core business. You avoid large upfront investments and gain access to the latest technology without training costs of your own. Valfi's experts bring years of experience and keep your systems current and running smoothly.

IT outsourcing also makes your IT costs more predictable: you pay for an agreed service instead of worrying about surprise costs from, say, equipment repairs or updates.

Endpoint devices under automated remote management

We bring workstations and mobile devices under centralised remote management. Operating system and software updates, security settings, disk encryption and software deployment all happen automatically, without the user having to do anything. Management is continuous, not a series of one-off maintenance visits.

We don't sell hardware. We help you specify and tender equipment purchases, advise on which configuration fits the actual use case, and bring the new device under management as it is deployed. This keeps us independent of hardware vendors.

IT outsourcing in everyday life

A named IT lead monitors your systems daily and makes sure cloud services, updates and remote support all work seamlessly — without you having to keep track of them yourself.

Who it's for

Who IT outsourcing is for

IT outsourcing is especially suited to businesses without their own IT department, or whose IT needs vary seasonally.

Law firms

No in-house IT department – billable hours shouldn't be spent untangling IT problems.

Accounting firms

Seasonal peaks and system updates are handled without burdening your own staff.

Property management firms

Distributed staff and multiple systems stay under the control of one point of contact.

Shopping centres and property owners

Building technology and networks stay operational without dedicated IT staff.

Large e-commerce businesses

Usability and continuity are guaranteed even when visitor numbers fluctuate sharply.

04

Ongoing service and development

Continuous assurance that your IT works

Smooth-running technology is at the core of your business. Our proactive approach ensures potential problems are identified and resolved before they can affect your business.

The way we work

Our work is built on automated remote management: devices, cloud services and security are under continuous monitoring, so most problems are resolved before they interrupt anyone's work. We don't sell hardware — we help you specify and tender equipment purchases, and we bring new devices under management as they are deployed. Assignments that require hands-on physical work are handled through our partner network.

FAQ

Questions & answers

How does IT outsourcing differ from traditional IT support?

Traditional IT support reacts to problems as they arise. With IT outsourcing, a named IT lead is continuously responsible for the whole picture: monitoring, updates and development are part of the agreed service, not separate assignments.

Can IT outsourcing be started partially?

Yes. The scope is agreed to match your company's needs — you can start with, for example, cloud service management or remote support, and expand the service later.

Who is responsible for security after outsourcing?

Valfi is responsible for updates, configuration and monitoring of the agreed environment as part of the service agreement. The division of responsibility is always recorded clearly in the agreement, so both parties know who is responsible for what. See also our cybersecurity services.

How does the handover proceed?

We start with a review of your current state and agree the division of responsibility in the service agreement. We then take over management of the environment in stages, so day-to-day operations aren't disrupted during the transition.

What does automated device management track?

The management tool continuously tracks the health of every device: boot times, disk space, memory usage, battery health, update status and the state of security software. When the metrics start to deteriorate, we fix the situation before the user notices a problem. The same view also shows which devices are nearing the end of their life cycle, so replacements can be budgeted in advance.

Is IT outsourcing suitable for a small business too?

Yes. The scope of the service is sized to match your company's size and needs, so IT outsourcing is a cost-effective option even when setting up your own IT department doesn't make sense.
